Operations Clerk

The Job:


  • Customer service and support

  • Administrative practices and support Managing databases

  • Managing reports

  • Managing social media platforms for the company & for clients

  • Conducting research

  • Using computers and other technologies to create presentations, documents, spreadsheet

  • Dispersing organizational information and news to other employees and clients

  • Other duties as assigned.


Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Form 7 or above with prior operations experience, and one year or internship in office support role required. 

  • Candidate must have ability to work in rapidly changing environment. 

  • Versatile computer skills required, proficient in Microsoft Windows Programs, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Graphic design skills a plus.

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines.

  • Be a team player, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess careful analytical skills.
